Communication across a multicultural negotiation – using different styles of verbal and written communication and ensuring everyone is on the right page.

What are the key challenges of marketing to senior decision makers?

Choosing the right media and packaging the information in an accessible manner. And – given today’s business climate – budget.

What’s hot in your communications programme this year?

Building on the awareness and differentiation of our brand.

How are you measuring success?

Success is measured by uptake of projects which are not repeat business. Repeat business is perfect but reaching out into a new client base is really important.

What will you do differently next year?

More effort to stay fresh I think! Ask me this time next year!
